About Online Wellness Network

Online Wellness Network is a clearinghouse for wellness resources with information about various modalities and a directory of wellness providers. Wellness providers include practitioners or businesses offering services and/or products that promote healthier living.

Based on the definition that “Wellness is the awareness and alignment of the systems that support our conscious experience in a way that increases joy and decreases suffering,” Online Wellness Network takes a holistic approach to healing. We devised a unique Wellness Matrix^TM, which combines body, emotions, mind, spirit, and environment to organize and understand methods of healing.

Online Wellness Network was founded by Jay Ligda. Jay holds a BS in Industrial Technology and an MA in Holistic Health Education. Throughout his education, he studied the relationship between technology and the health of humanity. For five years he worked on his website design business, Synergetic Web Creations. Now, he combines his knowledge of the World Wide Web and his love for Holistic Health to bring you Online Wellness Network.
